7:07 p.m.: CALL TO ORDER: Special Meeting

Present: Supervisor Kobiljak, Treasurer Raithel, Trustee Forrester, Trustee Pociask, and Trustee Wojewodzic. Clerk O’Connor arrived at 7:20 p.m.

Absent: Trustee Will

Action Items:

1. Motion Raithel, second Pociask, based upon the recommendation by airport and township management, to authorize the signature of contract NOS. FM 82-05-C43 and FM 82-05-C44 (Relocation of the Threshold on Runway 4, including Lighting and Marking and Tree Clearing in the Runway 4 approach area on Round Island).

All aye. Motion Carried.

2. Motion Raithel, second Pociask, based upon the recommendation by URS Corp., to accept the bid of Griffelle Development LTD. For the “Round Island Clearing FAA Project No. B-26-0025-1906, State Contract No. FM 82-05-C43.

All aye. Motion carried.

Motion Wojewodzic, second Pociask, to adjourn Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m. All aye. Motion carried.
