6:00 p.m.: CALL TO ORDER: Special Meeting

 

Present: Supervisor Kobiljak, Clerk O’Connor, Trustee Forrester, Trustee Will, and Trustee Wojewodzic

Also present: Township Manager Reaume, Financial Director Darzniek, and Tim Galligan

 

Excused: Treasurer Raithel and Trustee Pociask

 

Motion Wojewodzic, second Will, to adjourn into a closed Executive Session regarding the pending litigation involving the Grosse Ile Bridge Company since discussion of this matter would be detrimental to theTownship financially, or may hinder settlement.  All aye. Motion Carried.

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

1. Litigation – Grosse Ile Bridge Company

             Brief Summary of events of bridge litigation

 

Motion Wojewodzic, second Will, to adjourn Executive Session and Reconvene the Special Meeting.  All aye.  Motion Carried.
