Rental Fees are for 5 hours including 1 hour of set up and 1 hour of clean up. An additional $25 for each additional hour and must be pre-arranged. The security deposit is due at the time or rentals and must be in the form of cash or check. All other rental fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to the rental date. The security deposit is not included as part of the rental fees. The security deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event.
