ART EXPERIENCE
Ages 5 to 7 Time: 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon Session I: Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007 Session II: Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008 Location: Centennial Farm
A fun-filled day of Arts and Crafts such as painting, clay, ties dye, drawing, mosaics as time permits. Note: Student must be in Kindergarten or above. All supplies included, except for T-Shirt for the tie-dye activity.

A day to explore many different kinds of art mediums and projects. Students will be able to choose among a variety of activities such as painting, clay, sculpture, drawing, tie-dye and others. All supplies included, except for T-Shirt for the tye-dye activity.

COMEDY CLUB
Grades: 6th, 7th and 8th Time: 2:30 - 4:00 P.M. Day: Thursdays, January 17 - March 6, 2008 Location: Middle School Stage
Stand Up! Join the Club!! Warm up your vocals, improvisation techniques, and work on character development in this 6 week Comedy Club. Let your imagination guide you toward “Opening Night” when you and your fellow comics produce a room full of laughter for family and friends.

Public Dance Program
Over the past decade, the Grosse Ile Recreation Department and Gina Dudash, Dance Grosse Ile Director, have worked cooperatively with the purpose of offering quality public dance education for the benefit of Grosse Ile residents. Through this public oriented dance program, students are able to enrich their lives by developing a sense of rhythm, coordination and self-discipline as a basis for life long self esteem.
Each year, the dance program begins in September and concludes with a spectacular recital in May. Dance offerings include:
