Water's Edge Marina - Guidelines for Winter Storage
Water's Edge provides storage for approximately 80 boats
Storage is provided on a first come, first serve basis
Arrangements for haul out and blocking are made directly through Bob
Lang, lift operator at 676 3342.

Fees are paid at the time of service to Bob Lang.
Summer Dockage - - - - - $40 per linear ft.
Water's Edge Members - $1.65 per square foot
Non-members - - - - - - -$2.00 per square foot
Late Launch - - - - - - - - -$25.00
Temporary Dock - - - - - - $25.oo per day
The fee includes haul out, bottom power wash, blocking or cradling,
and spring launch.
Proof of Insurance must be available to the Water's Edge office.
To eliminate the possibility of theft, please remove from your craft
all electronic equipment, tools, and loose marine items. Lock your boat
and check it often.
While power is available in the marina, it is mandatory that no plug
be left unattended - ANY APPLIANCE NOT IN USE MUST BE UNPLUGGED AND STORED
BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE MARINA. NO PLUGS ARE TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE OF THE BOAT.
Non-compliance with this rule will necessitate strict enforcement of a
FIre Department ordinance that requires electrical power in the marina
be disconnected from November 15 to March 15.
