Dear Grosse Ile Non Profit Group:
The Grosse Ile Festival Commission is encouraging all Grosse Ile Non Profit Groups to participate in IslandFest 2011 at the Grosse Ile Municipal Airport. Once again, this year’s festival is full of fun activities starting Friday, June 3 and continuing through Sunday, June 5. Any Non Profit Group submitting their completed application, by April 30, will be listed in the IslandFest Guide, which is available during the festival. The vendor fee will be $20.00.
For Islandfest 2011, the event will feature headline and local entertainment, a variety of food vendors, aircraft rides, a fireworks show, carnival, family games, historical tours, the grand parade, steak roast, pancake breakfast, the VFW Beverage Tent and all kinds of vendors (commercial, arts & crafts, non-profit/community and informational).
Your vendor space will provide you with exposure to thousands of visitors who attend the festival. You are welcome to sell your products and/or pass out promotional material (no alcoholic beverages or tobacco products).
If you would like to be a part of this grand event, please complete the enclosed vendor form and return by April 30, 2011.
Note: The Festival Commission will only accommodate those groups that submit an
official vendor application.
